Doginary tillhandahåller digitala verktyg för hundägare och hundföretagare, bland annat:
Doginary är enbart en programvara för information och organisation. Den ersätter inte professionell veterinärrådgivning, diagnos, behandling, avelsrådgivning, juridisk eller ekonomisk rådgivning.
Du måste ha rättslig behörighet att godkänna dessa villkor i det land där du är bosatt. Om du låter en minderårig använda Doginary ansvarar du för att övervaka den användningen.
Doginary kan visa väderdata som hämtas från tredjepartsleverantörer, inklusive offentliga vädertjänster och externa API:er.
Väderprognoser och rekommendationer baserade på väderförhållanden är uppskattningar. Väderförhållanden kan ändras snabbt, och de lokala förhållandena kan avvika från det som visas i Doginary. Doginary garanterar inte att väderinformationen är helt korrekt, aktuell vid varje tidpunkt, tillgänglig utan avbrott, eller lämplig för varje plats eller enskild hund.
Bedöm alltid de faktiska förhållandena runt omkring dig innan du går ut eller motionerar med din hund.
Doginary kan tillhandahålla komfortpoäng, varningar, förslag på promenadtider eller andra rekommendationer baserade på faktorer såsom lufttemperatur, nederbörd, vind, solexponering, uppskattade mark- eller beläggningsförhållanden samt tillgänglig information om en enskild hund.
Dessa resultat är enbart allmän vägledning. De kan inte ta hänsyn till alla relevanta faktorer, inklusive din hunds ras, ålder, hälsa, päls, kondition, medicinering, vikt eller individuella tolerans. En positiv poäng garanterar inte att förhållandena är säkra för varje hund.
Allt innehåll och alla funktioner i Doginary — inklusive komfortpoäng, artiklar, aktivitetsloggning samt de hälsoresultat, avelsdata och stamtavlor du registrerar i Breeder Hub — tillhandahålls enbart i allmänt informations- och organisationssyfte. Doginary tillhandahåller inga veterinärtjänster och ger ingen veterinärmedicinsk, genetisk eller avelsmässig rådgivning. Informationen skapar inget veterinär–klient–patient-förhållande och får aldrig användas för att diagnostisera eller behandla ett medicinskt tillstånd, eller för att fatta beslut om en hunds hälsa eller avel utan stöd av en veterinär.
Kontakta alltid en legitimerad veterinär angående bland annat: förändringar i din hunds hälsa eller beteende, symptom på sjukdom eller skada, kost och tillskott, motionsrestriktioner, känslighet för värme eller kyla, medicinering, avelsplanering samt akutvård.
Kontakta omedelbart en veterinär eller ett veterinärt akutsjukhus om din hund verkar allvarligt sjuk, skadad, överhettad, onormalt nedkyld, har andningssvårigheter, kollapsar eller visar andra akuta symptom.
Som hundägare eller uppfödare bär du själv ansvaret för din hunds hälsa, välbefinnande och de beslut du fattar kring vård, motion och avel — oavsett vad som visas, beräknas eller registreras i Doginary. Detta gäller i förhållande till Doginary och i den utsträckning tillämplig lag tillåter.
Doginary kan låta dig registrera aktiviteter och vanor såsom promenader, matning, dryck, toalettbesök, pälsvård, bad, sömn, medicinering eller hälsoobservationer, samt — i Breeder Hub — hälsoresultat, avelsdata, stamtavlor och liknande information om dina hundar.
Dessa uppgifter är enbart avsedda att hjälpa dig organisera information och stödja din egen dokumentation. De utgör inte medicinska journaler eller veterinärmedicinsk, genetisk eller avelsmässig rådgivning och bör inte vara den enda dokumentationen av din hunds hälsa eller behandling.
Du ansvarar för att: granska att den information du anger är korrekt, föra eventuell ytterligare dokumentation som krävs för veterinärvård, skydda åtkomsten till din enhet eller ditt konto, samt exportera eller säkerhetskopiera viktig information när en exportfunktion finns tillgänglig. Doginary garanterar inte permanent lagring av information som du anger.
Breeder Hub är enbart en programvara för informationshantering. Du ansvarar själv för all information du matar in, inklusive att den är korrekt, fullständig, laglig och uppdaterad. Doginary granskar eller verifierar inte innehåll som användare lägger in, och ansvarar, i den utsträckning tillämplig lag tillåter, inte för fel, brister eller olagligt innehåll i uppgifter du själv har registrerat. Registrera inte särskilda kategorier av personuppgifter enligt artikel 9 GDPR, personnummer eller andra nationella identifieringsnummer eller ekonomiska uppgifter om köpare eller intressenter (se integritetspolicyn, avsnitt 1).
Doginary kan behandla information som är nödvändig för att driva, skydda och förbättra tjänsten, inklusive enkel besöksstatistik. GDPR gäller för organisationer etablerade inom EU när de behandlar personuppgifter, och kan också gälla organisationer utanför EU när de erbjuder tjänster till eller övervakar personer inom EU.
Doginary är personuppgiftsansvarig för uppgifter om ditt konto, din prenumeration, supportkommunikation och den tekniska information som behövs för att driva och skydda Tjänsten (se integritetspolicyn). Doginary äger inte de köpar- och intressentuppgifter som du registrerar i Breeder Hub och använder dem inte för egna ändamål.
Om du registrerar personuppgifter om köpare, intressenter eller andra individer i Breeder Hub agerar du som personuppgiftsansvarig för dessa uppgifter. Du ansvarar för att ha en rättslig grund för behandlingen och för att i övrigt följa GDPR och tillämplig dataskyddslagstiftning. Doginary agerar som personuppgiftsbiträde för sådana uppgifter i den utsträckning de behandlas på dina vägnar i Tjänsten.
I den utsträckning Doginary behandlar personuppgifter för din räkning (och du är personuppgiftsansvarig), gäller Doginarys Personuppgiftsbiträdesavtal (DPA) automatiskt och utgör en del av avtalet mellan dig och Doginary, utan att ett separat undertecknat dokument krävs. DPA:t reglerar bland annat Doginarys skyldigheter som personuppgiftsbiträde, underbiträden och hantering av säkerhetsincidenter. Läs Doginarys integritetspolicy för information om vilken information som samlas in, varför den behandlas, lagring i webbläsaren och dina rättigheter enligt dataskyddslagstiftningen.
Du kan välja att göra viss information om din kennel och dina hundar synlig på en publik kennelsida. Du ansvarar själv för vilken information du väljer att publicera där, inklusive att den inte innehåller personuppgifter om tredje part (t.ex. köpare) som du inte har rätt att publicera. Doginary strävar efter att endast information du uttryckligen har valt att visa publikt (t.ex. hundarnas grunddata och ett eventuellt pris) delas till den publika sidan — privat information som köparuppgifter, journal, dokument och anteckningar delas aldrig dit.
Vissa funktioner kräver ett konto. Du åtar dig att lämna korrekt information, hålla dina inloggningsuppgifter konfidentiella, meddela Doginary om du misstänker obehörig åtkomst, och ta ansvar för aktivitet som sker via ditt konto. Kontakta oss omgående på [email protected] om du misstänker obehörig åtkomst till ditt konto.
Doginary kan stänga av eller avsluta konton som används bedrägligt, olagligt eller i strid med dessa villkor.
Du får inte använda Doginary för att: bryta mot tillämpliga lagar eller regler, försöka få obehörig åtkomst till tjänsten, störa webbplatsens säkerhet eller drift, ladda upp skadlig kod, skrapa eller extrahera data på ett otillbörligt eller obehörigt sätt, utge dig för att vara en annan person eller organisation, göra intrång i immateriella rättigheter eller integritet, använda automatiserade system på ett sätt som belastar tjänsten orimligt, eller återpublicera väsentliga delar av Doginarys innehåll utan tillstånd.
Doginary tillhandahåller verktyg för att organisera kontakt med valpspekulanter och köpare, men är inte part i, och ansvarar inte för, avtal, transaktioner eller tvister mellan dig och dina kunder. Du ansvarar för att själva köpprocessen, avtal och eventuella betalningar mellan dig och köpare sker i enlighet med tillämplig lag.
Du är själv ansvarig för att regelbundet säkerhetskopiera viktig information, inklusive kenneluppgifter, kunduppgifter, hälsojournaler och stamtavlor. Använd Tjänstens exportfunktion regelbundet för detta ändamål. Doginary ska inte betraktas som den enda lagringsplatsen för oersättlig eller affärskritisk information.
I den utsträckning tillämplig lag tillåter garanterar Doginary inte permanent lagring, oavbruten drift, tillgänglighet eller återställbarhet av data. Doginary ansvarar inte för dataförlust, korrupt data, driftavbrott, fel hos tredjepartstjänster eller oavsiktlig radering, förutom i den mån ansvar inte lagligen kan uteslutas. Detta inskränker inte Doginarys tvingande skyldigheter enligt GDPR.
Delar av Tjänsten kan kräva en betald prenumeration som hanteras via Stripe. Prenumerationsvillkor, prisuppgifter och uppsägningsmöjligheter presenteras i samband med köpet. Doginary lagrar inte dina fullständiga kortuppgifter — betalningar hanteras direkt av Stripe. Om Doginary inför ytterligare betalda tjänster kan kompletterande villkor för köp, uppsägning, förnyelse och återbetalning gälla; sådana villkor presenteras innan ett köp slutförs.
Doginary använder eller länkar till tredjepartstjänster, till exempel Supabase (databas, autentisering och lagring), Stripe (betalningar och prenumerationer), leverantörer av väderdata, analysleverantörer, leverantörer av hosting och infrastruktur, samt externa webbplatser och informationskällor. Dessa tjänster styrs av sina egna villkor och integritetspolicyer. Doginary ansvarar inte för tillgängligheten, säkerheten, riktigheten, innehållet eller praxis hos en oberoende tredjepartstjänst, utöver vad som lagligen inte kan uteslutas.
Doginary kan visa annonser eller använda affiliatelänkar. Om du gör ett köp via en affiliatelänk kan Doginary få en provision utan extra kostnad för dig. Affiliatesamarbeten garanterar inte att en produkt eller tjänst är lämplig, säker eller av god kvalitet. Sponsrat eller affiliaterelaterat innehåll märks ut där det krävs.
Om inget annat anges ägs eller licensieras Doginarys ursprungliga varumärke, logotyp, design, programvara, skrivna innehåll, illustrationer, grafik och övrigt originalmaterial av Doginary. Du får använda Doginary för personligt, icke-kommersiellt bruk och får inte kopiera, sälja, ändra, återpublicera, distribuera eller kommersiellt utnyttja Doginarys originalinnehåll utan föregående skriftligt tillstånd.
Du behåller äganderätten till den information och de bilder du själv laddar upp, men ger Doginary en nödvändig licens att lagra, bearbeta och visa denna information i syfte att tillhandahålla Tjänsten (t.ex. på din publika kennelsida om du väljer att aktivera den). Licensen gäller endast för att tillhandahålla Tjänsten och får överlåtas till en efterträdande verksamhetsutövare enligt avsnitt 22. Tredje parters namn, innehåll, data och varumärken förblir respektive ägares egendom.
Doginary kan när som helst ändra, uppdatera, begränsa, pausa eller avveckla delar av eller hela Tjänsten, med eller utan förvarning, i den utsträckning lagen tillåter. Tjänsten tillhandahålls "i befintligt skick" och "i mån av tillgänglighet" — Doginary garanterar inte att den alltid är tillgänglig, felfri, säker, kompatibel med alla enheter eller fri från avbrott.
Doginary förbehåller sig rätt att, i den utsträckning tillämplig lag tillåter, tillfälligt eller permanent stänga ner Tjänsten helt eller delvis om vi bedömer det nödvändigt (t.ex. av tekniska, säkerhetsmässiga, juridiska eller verksamhetsmässiga skäl). Vi strävar efter att informera i förväg där möjligt och rekommenderar att du regelbundet exporterar din data, men en sådan avstängning kan i vissa fall ske utan föregående förvarning. Vad som gäller för redan betald prenumeration vid en nedstängning följer av villkoren vid köpet och tvingande lag. Planerat eller oplanerat underhåll kan tillfälligt påverka tillgängligheten.
Att Doginary stänger ned eller avvecklar Tjänsten hindrar inte att verksamheten i stället överlåts och drivs vidare av en efterträdare enligt avsnitt 22. Vid nedläggning hanteras dina personuppgifter enligt DPA:t (där det gäller), integritetspolicyn och tillämplig dataskyddslagstiftning.
I den utsträckning tillämplig lag tillåter ansvarar Doginary inte för indirekta, tillfälliga, särskilda eller följdskador som uppstår genom användningen av, eller oförmågan att använda, tjänsten. Detta inkluderar förluster eller skador som beror på felaktig eller försenad väderdata, att förlita sig på en komfortpoäng eller rekommendation, förlust av aktivitets- eller hälsologgar, tredjepartstjänster, driftsavbrott, eller beslut som fattats med hjälp av allmänt pedagogiskt innehåll eller data registrerad i Breeder Hub.
Inget i dessa villkor utesluter eller begränsar ansvar där sådan uteslutning eller begränsning är förbjuden enligt tillämplig lag.
Dessa villkor tar inte bort eller inskränker de tvingande konsumenträttigheter du har enligt tillämplig lag. Detta gäller även vid en överlåtelse enligt avsnitt 22.
Du kan när som helst sluta använda Doginary eller själv säga upp ditt konto. Vi rekommenderar att du exporterar din data innan ett konto avslutas. Doginary kan begränsa eller avsluta åtkomsten om en användare bryter mot dessa villkor, missbrukar tjänsten, skapar en säkerhetsrisk eller ägnar sig åt bedräglig eller olaglig aktivitet. Bestämmelser om immateriella rättigheter, ansvarsfriskrivningar, ansvar och tillämplig lag kan fortsätta att gälla efter uppsägning. Vid avslut hanteras dina uppgifter enligt integritetspolicyn, DPA:t (där det gäller) och tillämplig dataskyddslagstiftning.
Doginary kan i framtiden helt eller delvis säljas, överlåtas, fusioneras, omorganiseras eller få en ny ägare, eller så kan relevanta tillgångar eller verksamhetsdelar överlåtas. I sådana fall får Doginary överlåta detta avtal, inklusive Doginarys rättigheter och skyldigheter enligt dessa villkor och DPA:t, till den som tar över driften av Tjänsten (”Efterträdaren”), under förutsättning att Efterträdaren skriftligen åtar sig att följa dessa villkor, DPA:t och tillämplig dataskyddslagstiftning.
En överlåtelse får inte försämra dina rättigheter. Dessa villkor, tvingande konsumenträtt, GDPR och DPA:t gäller oförändrat, och villkoren kan efter en överlåtelse bara ändras enligt avsnitt 23.
Information och val. Vi informerar dig i god tid före en överlåtelse när det är möjligt, och alltid när det krävs enligt lag, om vem som blir ny leverantör (och i förekommande fall ny personuppgiftsansvarig), nya kontaktuppgifter, när överlåtelsen sker och vad den innebär för dina uppgifter. Du kan då exportera eller radera din data och avsluta ditt konto. Vad som gäller för redan betald prenumeration vid ett sådant avslut följer av villkoren vid köpet och tvingande lag.
Personuppgifter. En överlåtelse av verksamheten ger ingen rätt att sälja personuppgifter för sig. Personuppgifter kan bara följa med verksamheten i den utsträckning det är nödvändigt för fortsatt drift av Tjänsten och tillåtet enligt dataskyddslagstiftningen, och Efterträdaren får inte använda dem för nya, oförenliga ändamål. Se integritetspolicyn, avsnitt 9.
Breeder Hub. Köpar- och intressentuppgifter som du registrerar är dina som personuppgiftsansvarig; Doginary äger dem inte. En Efterträdare kan bara ta över behandlingen som personuppgiftsbiträde för din räkning, på de villkor som anges i DPA:t. Du får då information och möjlighet att invända, exportera eller radera uppgifterna eller avsluta tjänsten enligt DPA:t.
Inget i detta avsnitt är ett samtycke till försäljning av personuppgifter, och fortsatt användning av Tjänsten ersätter inte ett samtycke enligt GDPR där sådant krävs.
Doginary kan uppdatera dessa villkor när tjänsten, tillämpliga krav eller affärspraxis ändras. Den senaste versionen publiceras på den här sidan med ett uppdaterat datum för "Senast uppdaterad". Väsentliga ändringar, inklusive byte av leverantör enligt avsnitt 22, kommuniceras i förväg där det är lämpligt eller krävs enligt lag. Fortsatt användning av Doginary efter att uppdaterade villkor har trätt i kraft utgör godkännande av de reviderade villkoren, där detta är tillåtet enligt tillämplig lag. Fortsatt användning utgör aldrig ett samtycke enligt GDPR; där samtycke krävs inhämtas det separat.
Dessa villkor regleras av svensk lag, utan att det begränsar tvingande konsumentskydd som gäller i ditt hemland. Innan formella förfaranden inleds uppmuntras användare att kontakta Doginary så att frågan kan utredas och om möjligt lösas.

Doginary is solely an information and organization software. It does not replace professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, treatment, breeding advice, legal advice or financial advice.
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms in your country of residence. If you allow a minor to use Doginary, you are responsible for supervising that use.
Doginary may display weather data obtained from third-party weather providers, including public weather services and external APIs.
Weather forecasts and condition-based recommendations are estimates. Weather conditions can change quickly, and local conditions may differ from the information shown on Doginary. Doginary does not guarantee that weather information is completely accurate, current at all times, available without interruption, or suitable for every location or individual dog.
Always assess the actual conditions around you before walking or exercising your dog.
Doginary may provide comfort scores, warnings, suggested walking times, or other recommendations based on factors such as air temperature, precipitation, wind, sun exposure, estimated ground or pavement conditions, and available information about an individual dog.
These results are general guidance only. They cannot account for every relevant factor, including your dog's breed, age, health, coat, fitness, medication, weight, or individual tolerance. A favorable score does not guarantee that conditions are safe for every dog.
All content and features in Doginary — including comfort scores, articles, activity logging, and the health results, breeding data and pedigrees you record in Breeder Hub — are provided for general informational and organizational purposes only. Doginary does not provide veterinary services and gives no veterinary, genetic, or breeding advice. Information on Doginary does not create a veterinarian-client-patient relationship and must never be used to diagnose or treat a medical condition, or to make decisions about a dog's health or breeding without the involvement of a veterinarian.
Always consult a qualified veterinarian regarding, among other things: changes in your dog's health or behavior, symptoms of illness or injury, diet and supplements, exercise restrictions, heat or cold sensitivity, medication, breeding decisions, and emergency care.
Contact a veterinarian or emergency veterinary clinic immediately if your dog appears seriously ill, injured, overheated, unusually cold, has difficulty breathing, collapses, or shows other urgent symptoms.
As the dog owner or breeder, you bear responsibility for your dog's health, wellbeing, and the decisions you make regarding care, exercise, and breeding — regardless of what is shown, calculated, or recorded in Doginary. This applies as against Doginary and to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Doginary may allow you to record activities and habits such as walks, feeding, drinking, toileting, grooming, bathing, sleep, medication, or health observations, as well as — in Breeder Hub — health results, breeding data, pedigrees and similar information about your dogs.
This data is intended solely to help you organize information and support your own record-keeping. It does not constitute medical records or veterinary, genetic, or breeding advice, and should not be relied upon as the only record of your dog's health or treatment.
You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of information you enter, maintaining any additional records required for veterinary care, protecting access to your device or account, and exporting or backing up important information when an export feature is available. Doginary does not guarantee permanent storage of user-entered information.
Breeder Hub is solely an information-management software. You are solely responsible for all information you enter, including ensuring that it is accurate, complete, lawful and current. Doginary does not review or verify content entered by users, and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is not responsible for errors, omissions or unlawful content in data you have entered yourself. Do not enter special categories of personal data under Article 9 GDPR, personnummer or other national identification numbers, or financial details about buyers or prospects (see the Privacy Policy, Section 1).
Doginary may process information necessary to operate, protect, and improve the service, including simple visit statistics. The GDPR applies to organizations established in the EU when they process personal data, and it can also apply to organizations outside the EU when they offer services to or monitor individuals in the EU.
Doginary is the data controller for information about your account, your subscription, support communications and the technical information needed to operate and secure the Service (see the Privacy Policy). Doginary does not own the buyer and prospect data you record in Breeder Hub and does not use it for its own purposes.
If you enter personal data about buyers, prospects or other individuals into Breeder Hub, you act as the data controller for that data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the processing and for otherwise complying with the GDPR and applicable data protection law. Doginary acts as a data processor for such data to the extent it is processed on your behalf within the Service.
To the extent Doginary processes personal data on your behalf (and you are the controller), Doginary's Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies automatically and forms part of the agreement between you and Doginary, without requiring a separately signed document. The DPA governs, among other things, Doginary's obligations as a processor, sub-processors, and handling of security incidents. Please read Doginary's Privacy Policy for information about what information is collected, why it is processed, browser storage, and your data-protection rights.
You may choose to make certain information about your kennel and dogs visible on a public kennel page. You are solely responsible for the information you choose to publish there, including ensuring it does not contain personal data about third parties (e.g. buyers) that you are not entitled to publish. Doginary is designed so that only information you have explicitly chosen to show publicly (e.g. basic dog details and an optional price) is shared to the public page — private information such as buyer data, journal entries, documents and notes is never shared there.
Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep login details confidential, notify Doginary if you suspect unauthorized access, and accept responsibility for activity carried out through your account. Contact us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Doginary may suspend or terminate accounts that are used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these terms.
You may not use Doginary to: violate applicable laws or regulations, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, interfere with the website's security or operation, upload malicious code, scrape or extract data in an abusive or unauthorized manner, impersonate another person or organization, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, use automated systems in a way that places unreasonable demand on the service, or republish substantial portions of Doginary's content without permission.
Doginary provides tools to help organize contact with prospective puppy buyers, but is not a party to, and is not responsible for, agreements, transactions or disputes between you and your customers. You are responsible for ensuring that the purchase process, contracts and any payments between you and buyers comply with applicable law.
You are solely responsible for independently and regularly backing up important information, including kennel records, customer information, health records, and pedigree records. Use the Service's export functionality regularly for this purpose. Doginary must not be treated as the sole repository for irreplaceable or business-critical information.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Doginary does not guarantee permanent storage, uninterrupted operation, availability or recoverability of data. Doginary shall not be liable for data loss, corrupted data, service outages, third-party service failures or accidental deletion, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded. This does not limit Doginary's mandatory obligations under the GDPR.
Parts of the Service may require a paid subscription processed via Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing and cancellation options are presented at the point of purchase. Doginary does not store your full card details — payments are handled directly by Stripe. If Doginary introduces additional paid services, further purchase, cancellation, renewal, and refund terms may apply; such terms will be presented before a purchase is completed.
Doginary may use or link to third-party services, including Supabase (database, authentication and storage), Stripe (payments and subscriptions), weather-data providers, analytics providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, and external websites and information sources. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Doginary is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, content, or practices of an independent third-party service, beyond what cannot lawfully be excluded.
Doginary may display advertising or use affiliate links. If you make a purchase through an affiliate link, Doginary may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not guarantee the suitability, safety, or quality of a product or service. Any sponsored or affiliate content is identified where required.
Unless otherwise stated, Doginary's original branding, logo, design, software, written content, illustrations, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Doginary. You may use Doginary for personal, non-commercial purposes and may not copy, sell, modify, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit Doginary's original content without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of the information and images you upload, but grant Doginary the license necessary to store, process and display that information in order to provide the Service (e.g. on your public kennel page if you choose to enable it). The license applies only to providing the Service and may be transferred to a successor operator in accordance with Section 22. Third-party names, content, data, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Doginary may change, update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of, or the entire, Service at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" — Doginary does not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or free from interruptions.
Doginary reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to temporarily or permanently shut down the Service, in whole or in part, if we consider it necessary (e.g. for technical, security, legal or business reasons). We aim to give advance notice where reasonably possible and recommend that you export your data regularly, but such a shutdown may in some cases occur without prior notice. What applies to an already paid subscription upon a shutdown follows from the terms at purchase and mandatory law. Planned or unplanned maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
A shutdown or discontinuation of the Service by Doginary does not prevent the business from instead being transferred to, and continued by, a successor in accordance with Section 22. In the event of a shutdown, your personal data will be handled in accordance with the DPA (where it applies), the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Doginary is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. This includes losses or harm resulting from inaccurate or delayed weather data, reliance on a comfort score or recommendation, loss of activity or health logs, third-party services, service interruptions, or decisions made using general educational content or data recorded in Breeder Hub.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
These Terms do not remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law. This also applies in the event of a transfer under Section 22.
You may stop using Doginary or terminate your account at any time. We recommend exporting your data before an account is closed. Doginary may restrict or terminate access if a user violates these terms, misuses the service, creates a security risk, or engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and applicable law may continue to apply after termination. Upon termination, your data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, the DPA (where it applies) and applicable data protection law.
Doginary may in the future be sold, transferred, merged, reorganized in whole or in part, or acquire a new owner, or relevant assets or business units may be transferred. In such cases Doginary may assign this agreement, including Doginary's rights and obligations under these Terms and the DPA, to the party that takes over the operation of the Service (the “Successor”), provided that the Successor undertakes in writing to comply with these Terms, the DPA and applicable data protection law.
A transfer must not weaken your rights. These Terms, mandatory consumer law, the GDPR and the DPA continue to apply unchanged, and after a transfer the Terms may only be changed in accordance with Section 23.
Information and choice. We will inform you in good time before a transfer where possible, and always where required by law, of who will become the new provider (and, where applicable, the new data controller), new contact details, when the transfer takes place and what it means for your data. You will then be able to export or delete your data and close your account. What applies to an already-paid subscription upon such closure follows from the terms at purchase and mandatory law.
Personal data. A transfer of the business gives no right to sell personal data separately. Personal data can only accompany the business to the extent necessary for the continued operation of the Service and permitted under data protection law, and the Successor may not use it for new, incompatible purposes. See the Privacy Policy, Section 9.
Breeder Hub. Buyer and prospect data you record is yours as data controller; Doginary does not own it. A Successor can only take over the processing as a data processor on your behalf, on the terms set out in the DPA. You will then receive information and the opportunity to object, export or delete the data, or terminate the service in accordance with the DPA.
Nothing in this section constitutes consent to the sale of personal data, and continued use of the Service does not replace consent under the GDPR where such consent is required.
Doginary may update these Terms when the service, applicable requirements, or business practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes, including a change of provider under Section 22, will be communicated in advance where appropriate or legally required. Continued use of Doginary after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, where permitted by applicable law. Continued use never constitutes consent under the GDPR; where consent is required, it will be obtained separately.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact Doginary so that the issue can be investigated and, where possible, resolved.
